Ready, set...

Welcome to our Blog "From Here to There and Back Again" ...or "no matter where you go there you are..."
We leave in a few hours ("few" being a relative term since we have been counting down for months...) on our great Canadian Adventure!

We are travelling to the West Coast, for the next 40 days or so, back to Ottawa to do laundry and then off to the east Coast. When all is said and done it will have been a coast to coast trip for Canada's 150 Celebration.
For this portion of the journey was are travelling in a Great West Van...19 feet long and 9 feet high.

Did I mention there are two adults and a dog for forty days and forty nights??? What could possibly go wrong?

We will be sharing stories and pictures from the road of our adventures.

On the trip we will be golfing, hiking, kayaking, visiting wineries... taking advantage of what the days bring...




Our plan is to drive straight out to Pacific Rim National Park ( affectionately known as the Specific Rim...) where we will raise a glass or two on July 1 and then take our time driving back trying to see as many other National Parks as possible...
